The 6:30 on Tour weekend away is a chance for those who call the 6:30 service at Onslow Square home to grow in community and connection with each other and with God. Our hope is for it to be fun, refreshing and an opportunity to dig into our relationship with God. It is open to 6:30 service congregation (over 18’s only) and those in connected connect groups.

Over the weekend we will have a timetable of main sessions including worship, prayer and talks. There’ll also be time in the evenings and on Saturday afternoon for retreating away from the hustle and bustle of London, hanging out and having fun! We will then leave High Leigh after lunch on Sunday to be back in time for the final celebratory session of the weekend at the 6:30pm service at Onslow Square.

You can arrive from 5pm on the Friday. The Friday evening meal is available from 6:30-7:30pm and the evening session kicks off at 7:30pm. Sunday lunch is available from 12:30-1:30pm after which we can depart.

Three meals and hot drinks throughout the day are all included within the price (Friday night dinner, three meals on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday). High Leigh’s terms and conditions state “We do not allow any food to be brought on site that would need to be refrigerated, no fruit, no hot food, no home-made produce, and no nuts. We do allow crisps, sweets and chocolate that do not contain nuts.” So Haribo yes, Snickers no.

Meals are all provided by High Leigh and therefore meals are not allowed to be brought onsite. There is a bar onsite to purchase drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, credit or debit cards only). Tea and coffee machines are available throughout the day along with a range of milk (cow and not-cow). Snacks may be brought but anything containing nuts is not allowed on the premises.

There are some single rooms, some double rooms for married couples and some twin rooms for sharing with a friend (of the same sex). If you would like to share a room with a friend please put their name on your booking form and ask them to do the same. Please note that whilst we will do our best, we can’t guarantee you will be able to share with your named friend. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.

There are a small number of spaces for babies to sleep in rooms with parents, but there will be no specific childcare provision on the weekend.

Sadly furry friends (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed on the premises at High Leigh. But there are squirrels knocking around the grounds and the occasional rabbit, so that’s nice.

In your spare time there’s lots of comfy seating areas to chill out, chat or read a book. There’s lots of outdoor space and places to walk in the area. There’s also pool tables and table tennis! Feel free to BYO board games and banter.

Yes, there’s WiFi available at High Leigh.

All bedding and towels are provided – so just bring your own personal toiletries, clothes (important), bible, notebook, ipad/laptop and sense of expectation and fun!

Parking is available and lift sharing is encouraged for those with cars. A coach will be provided for those who need it leaving from near HTB on Friday 12 January at approx. 5pm and returning after lunch on Sunday 14 January and dropping off at the same place. These will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Tickets for the coach are £30 for a return ticket (single trip payment options are not available). You can pay in full or book on with a £50 deposit and pay the balance by 9 January 2025 (our team will be in touch each month with instalment options for you). The weekend is subsidised by HTB and so there’s an option should you kindly wish to contribute an extra £20 towards the cost of the weekend. Bursaries towards the cost of the weekend are also available – please email 630onTour@htb.org if you would like more information.

150 places are available for the weekend away and bookings close on Friday 27 December 2024 so please book early!

The £200 covers all meals, venue and equipment hire, hot drinks and accommodation plus entertainment in the evening. Bargain.

If you need to cancel your ticket please let the booking team know at 630onTour@htb.org – please do not transfer tickets between friends as a waiting list will be kept once the weekend is oversubscribed and any cancelled tickets will be offered to the waiting list in the first instance. We want to keep it fair!

Up to and including Friday, 27 December 2024 a 50% refund is available. After this date we cannot guarantee any refunds as this will be based on our ability to fill your space. We will keep a waiting list if we become oversubscribed and cancelled tickets will be offered to the waiting list in order of joining the list. Refunds will be available only if the original place becomes filled by another paying customer – please see the terms and conditions for more information.
