Tackling Anxiety Together
Many of us have found the last few years tough on our mental health. But we can help each other.
About Tackling Anxiety Together gives you a chance to join others with similar experiences, to talk through issues and support each other.
How it works
Tackling Anxiety Together is an interactive online course which runs over six sessions exploring the following topics:
Understanding Anxiety
Identifying Negative Thoughts and Building Good Foundations
Self-Care and Managing Panic Attacks
Emotions and Purpose
Battlefield of the Mind
Truth and Forgiveness
Each week there is an opportunity to discuss the content of the course, as well as your thoughts and feelings, with a small group.
Please note: This course is not run by healthcare professionals but rather people who have had experience of anxiety and hope to encourage and help others using information and techniques that they have found helpful in the past. It aims to be a source of encouragement, support and help for those struggling with anxiety.
