Production is at the beating heart of our church.

We're always looking for new people to join the team. There are so many opportunities to get involved with in the Production team; whether you have existing skills in live production or are looking to learn a new skill. Our team are made up of Audio Engineers, Vision Mixers, Lighting Engineers, Stage Managers, Camera Directors, Camera Operators, Songwords Operators, Broadcast Engineers, and many more. Do you have a heart for God, production, and the local church? The Production Stream, which you can undertake as part of the HTB Leadership Development Year, is designed for emerging production leaders actively involved in leading at their church, with a heart and calling to serve through production. Serving alongside the Production staff team as a student, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and leadership across the entire production discipline.
