Food Hub

HTB’s Love Your Neighbour Food Hub serves as a Central and West London city hub supporting thousands of individuals and families alongside partner churches and other charities. We are currently in need of volunteer drivers to help deliver food to our partners — if you would like to volunteer as a driver, please complete this form.

Refugee Response

We are supporting refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine. We have started to offer the HTB Ukrainian Community Hub at HTB Queen’s Gate on Thursday afternoons. We offer food, clothing, essentials, and women’s and children’s programmes. We are in need of volunteers who can help during the daytime, and we particularly are in need of Russian and Ukrainian translators.

Separately, for asylum seekers, in October 2021, HTB St Luke’s Earl’s Court began a weekly drop-in for refugees with English classes. We will continue to support those in London seeking refuge whilst they await relocation.

HTB’s Refugee Response launched in September 2021 as we sought to welcome hundreds of Afghan arrivals into our area. Dozens of volunteers have stepped up to help us provide essential items, clothing, and toys, as well as help connect guests with local authorities. Additionally, our congregation has offered translation support, medical and dental support, haircutting services and kids’ programmes. In November 2021, with your generous support, HTB was able to offer a new winter coat and shopping vouchers to every Afghan evacuee in our parish.

If you can help with our Afghan or Ukrainian refugee response, please complete this form.
