Why is inviting to Alpha one of our top priorities?
More than anything we want London to know about Jesus. Helping enable you to invite your friends to Alpha is one of the best ways we can achieve this together! We believe in Alpha because we’ve seen it be one of the most effective tools for sharing about Jesus for 1000s of people who try it at HTB and we're so excited to see what God is going to do this term!

How can I invite?
Alpha UK ran research that suggested that for every 5 friends invited, one will come on Alpha! Invites can be done in person, over text, over socials what ever suits you and your relationship best.
People normally love to try things together, one of the best pieces of advice we can give is that your friends will come if you offer to go with them! The in person invite is the most successful, so here are some tools you can use to invite your friends with:

Hey! Just wondered if you were up for coming to try an Alpha course with me? Alpha is a no pressure, no follow up and no charge course, run at my church, which explores different aspects of the Christian faith! Everyone is welcome and every thought is appreciated, it's not about agreeing but about exploring ideas together with new people. I've heard great things about it and wondered if you'd be keen? Here's a video to show you a bit more what it's like, plus I hear the food is good!
