Focus 2026 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this prize draw is Revitalise Trust, the operating name of the Church Revitalisation Trust, a charity registered in England and Wales (charity number 1174882) and a company limited by guarantee (number 10754427) whose registered office is at Holy Trinity Brompton, Brompton Road, London, SW7 1JA (Promoter).
The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, that registered for and attended Focus 2025 and completed the Focus 2025 survey, except those who are employees of the Promoter, Holy Trinity Brompton (charity number 1133793) (HTB), Alpha International (charity number 1086179), St Paul’s Theological Centre (charity number 1111609), St Luke’s Redcliffe Gardens (charity number 1130681) (St Luke’s), clergy of HTB or St Luke’s, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter the prize draw, you must select the ‘enter draw’ option when completing the Focus 2025 Feedback form and only one entry per person is permitted.
The opening date for entries is 00:01 on 29 July 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31 August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when submitting the survey and entering the prize draw, the Promoter does not take any responsibility and any incomplete submissions will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any submissions which are not completed for any reason.
A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 2 September 2025 (Draw Date).
The winner will receive a single-use discount code for one adult ticket, together with another ticket, being either an adult or youth or child ticket, as chosen by the winner, to be used by the winner when registering for Focus 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Additionally, any accommodation costs will not be covered by the Prize.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 3 September 2025 and must confirm by email to Focus@revitalisetrust.org, using the email address provided in their survey response to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize shall be sent to the winner via email, to the email address provided by the winner in completing the survey, no later than 3 October 2025.
To claim the prize, the winner will need to register for Focus 2026, using the single-use discount code and agreeing the Focus 2026 terms and conditions. The winner will be notified by email when the booking system is live. This is anticipated to be no later than 5 October 2025.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. Please note that if Focus 2026 is cancelled or rescheduled, Revitalise Trust may in its sole discretion offer you tickets to a substitute or rescheduled event or a credit for a future event organised by Revitalise Trust. Where you receive a credit in accordance with this condition, such credit must be used by you to book a delegate place at an event held by us within 18 months from the date of issue. Any credits not used within this 18 month period will expire. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner will not be entitled to payment of the cash value of the prize in these circumstances.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send pseudonymised information of the winners to anyone who emails GDPR@revitalisetrust.org within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you are unsatisfied with the information provided regarding the winners, please contact the Promoter’s GDPR team at GDPR@revitalisetrust.org.
Where a complaint is lodged with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) regarding the disclosure requirements required under condition 14, the Promoter shall supply the ASA with the surname and country of the winners in order to comply with the legal obligation to do so.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Promotor will collect your personal data including first name, surname and email address for the purposes of administering the promotion and the prize. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed on the lawful basis of the contract between you (agreeing to the terms and conditions) and the Promotor and in line with the Promoter's privacy policy found here: https://revitalisetrust.org/privacy-policy. If you wish to exercise any rights under the data protection legislation, please email GDPR@revitalisetrust.org with your request. See also condition 14 and 15 with regard to the announcement of winners.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
